Frequently asked questions

1. What is the cost of tickets/tables?

We offer two attendance options for our annual all-white affair: • Reserved Tables: $1250 per table • General Admission Seating: $125 per person

2. What is included with each ticket/table?

• Reserved Tables, priced at $1250 per table, include food, seating for 10 people, an open bar, and other AWA amenities. • General Admission Seating, priced at $125 per person, includes food, open seating, an open bar, and other AWA amenities.

3. Can you clarify the distinction between general admission seating and reserved tables?

The sole difference between general admission seating and reserved tables lies in the seating arrangement. Opting for a reserved table ensures that you and your guests can sit together, while general admission seating offers open seating, which may result in separate seating for you and your guests.

4. Do all attendees need to present a QR code for entry?

Only Eventbrite reservations and general admission require QR codes; pay in full for reservations. Chapter Sorors' tables don't need QR codes; wristbands will be used. Troubleshooting table available for ticket issues. Non-compliance leads to removal with no refunds.

5. I know there is an open bar, are we monitoring the alcohol consumption of guests

Thanks to the chapter for boosting the AWA budget. New self-service stations offer signature drinks, but bartenders will stop serving if anyone's intoxicated. With an open bar, we advise using Uber/Lyft for safe transport.

6. What if I want to bring individual gifts for guests to my table?

While you are certainly welcome to bring individual gifts for your guests at your table, please be aware that the committee will not be involved in distributing these gifts, nor will it assume responsibility in the event of loss or theft.

7. What should I do if I bring extra guests on the day of the event who were not initially assigned

Troubleshooting table verifies requests for tables/tickets; non-compliance results in removal with no exceptions or refunds. Follow rules accordingly.
